Mr. Asaduzzaman from Bangladesh is a PhD student of Fiber and Polymer Science program in the Textile Engineering, Chemistry and Science department at NC State University. He earned his masters and bachelor’s degrees from the Department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. He worked over three years as a young faculty at the department of Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. Before that, he began working as scientist at Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR), Dhaka Bangladesh. His previous research focused on modification of polymers and biopolymers, preparation, characterizations and application of biocomposites. He is skilled on FTIR, ATR, UV-visible spectroscopy, TGA, DSC, UTM, ion chromatography, GC, SEM, OM and so on. He is now working on enzymes functionalized solution blown non-wovens under the supervision of Dr. Sonja Salmon. Beyond Academics, he is serving various volunteering programs in NC State university as well as local community. He is loving to spend his times in his place in Raleigh that is James B. Hunt Jr. Library of NC State University.
