Shai brings a wealth of experience with him to Shemesh. Previously, Shai held exciting positions as a corporate lawyer, in one of Tel Aviv’s top three law firms, and subsequently at Deutsche Bank, where he was trading bonds and credit default swaps on Wall Street. This led him to work in the City of London where he mainly focused on the machinery business segment. Shai holds an MBA with focus on financial instruments and family businesses management from NYU Stern School of Business and an LLB (JD equivalent) law degree (Magna Cum Laude) from Tel Aviv University, specialising in capital markets and corporate law.
